Open houses are an excellent way of marketing your home. Our aim is to stimulate a large number of viewings on the one day which will ultimately result in one or more offers; often higher than the original guide.
A representative of Moores will man the open house and we find that buyers are often more likely to open up and talk freely about the property in this environment; so at the very least you will receive honest and useful feedback. Your property will be extensively marketed for at least two weeks before your open house both via the local press and internet marketing; all buyers on our mailing list will be notified in advance and then nearer the time as a reminder. Approximately 50% of open houses result in an offer!
