“The Moores property hub will be the first purpose built, drive through style estate agency,” he explains. “The idea combines some of the best approaches to agency I have seen across Europe, the USA and Australia and acknowledges the changes in the way people buy and sell homes today.”
The hub will be built on Lands’ End Way, conveniently situated just off the Oakham bypass with beautifully landscaped grounds and ample free parking for visitors and staff. The hub itself will be a modern, state of the art building incorporating both an open plan office suite with additional private meeting rooms and conferencing facilities. “It will be fantastic to have all our services under one roof for the convenience of our clients.
Our residential sales team, mortgage advisors, residential lettings team and commercial team will all be based at the hub and there will be opportunities for clients to meet their solicitor, consult with an architect or even arrange removals and storage from our new base,” adds Vernon. Despite the move, Moores will demonstrate their commitment to the High Streets of the regional towns in which they operate by retaining a presence there too.
Moores’ contemporary approach was developed as a natural progression of their popular and successful ‘meet and greet’ service for out of town buyers. “Over 70% of our buyers come from out of this region and have been impressed with our concierge style service.
We meet buyers at a convenient point – usually one of our platform offices – and guide them around the region, chauffeuring them to view homes that meet their criteria.
