Our areas enable them to be within striking distance of main road links and trainlines, important for travel to the occasional meeting as opposed to regularly.
Like many agents in the East Midlands, we have had a very great run of sales during the summer months and during this second lockdown, buyers from the South are expressing disappointment in just how few properties are now available. Recent statistics from rightmove.co.uk confirm that there are more properties marked as sold on their site than available – for the first time ever!
We are currently seeing demand outstrip supply meaning that buyers are willing to pay a premium – encouraged to do so by the stamp duty holiday (currently due to finish by 31.03.21).
