When it comes to marketing country homes, our connections with independent estate agents throughout London and the South is supported by national advertising in the likes of Horse & Hound and Country Life Magazine. In addition, we offer a free home search service for buyers and Vernon also does work for retained clients regarding investments and private homes at no upfront cost. As a lot of our country homes are marketed discreetly i.e. without the need for press or internet advertising, we encourage buyers to register with us. Whilst our vendors can market with us and take advantage of our high profile on rightmove.co.uk and onthemarket.com, many prefer to keep their sale discreet.
In recent years Country & Equestrian have achieved as many, if not more, country homes sales than some of the national agents, often achieving higher sale prices than the national agent may have quoted. However, because of the discreet nature of these sales, our presence in the market isn’t always highly visible.
Rutland Water Homes by Moores Estate Agents was set up after we had a backlog of buyers wanting to move into the area, we focus on relocating buyers from London & The South, this is achieved by sending the vendors virtual tours prior to arranging a meet & greet viewing.
With our Meet & Greet service, we are able to show vendors our area and everything it has to offer, we do this by chauffeuring them around in our vehicle, or in convoy.
Due to the discreet nature of these properties, they are often sold without the need to go to market!
Moores Agricultural was launched in 2010 following the success of Moores Country & Equestrian. As a result of dealing with properties with land, we were also being approached by buyers looking for pony paddocks, investment land, bare land and working farms.
In our first year we achieved some of the best land prices in the Rutland & Stamford area and as was the case then, many of these sales continue to be dealt with discreetly for the benefit of both buyers and sellers.
