This document (usually 6 month Assured Shorthold Tenancy (AST)) is the key part of tenancy documentation and binds a tenant and landlord in a legally framed agreement, usually for a minimum period of 6 months, thereafter becoming what is termed as a period tenancy and thereafter subject to 1 months notice to quit from the tenant and 2 months notice to quit from the landlord.
We will facilitate the installation of your new tenants, completing any relative documentation (conditioning report (including photographic record), meter readings, deposit registery (if required), bond submission).
