In particular, we are continuing to see encouraging levels of interest from London and out-of-area buyers looking for more space, lifestyle and value, with many now making dedicated trips into the area to explore properties and villages in more detail.

As part of this, we will shortly be undertaking our next property roadshow at the end of May, followed by a series of coordinated open house weekends throughout June, aimed specifically at maximising exposure to these buyers whilst they are actively travelling into the region.
