We cover 6 towns and over 120 villages across the East Midlands, with specialist local knowledge in places like Melton Mowbray, The Vale of Belvoir, Grantham, The Wreake Valley and North Stamford. Right now, we’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Field Sales Negotiators and Valuers who know these areas, love meeting people, and want to make a real difference in their local communities.

If you’ve got estate agency experience – brilliant. If not, but you’ve worked in sales, hospitality, retail or entertainment and you’re great with people, we’d still love to hear from you. You’ll be mostly out and about, based from home and your car, with a couple of days a week spent at our Oakham Hub for buzzing sales and marketing meetings.

This is a great opportunity to earn commission from both sales and rentals, while enjoying the freedom to work independently – with the support of a fun, forward-thinking team who always have your back.
